WHY DIDN'T MY SHIPMENT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

We ship your orders from various International warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore).  Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you sooner.  This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.  You may receive one item before the next.  So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once; they are on the way.  Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers' orders.

What are your shipping destinations?

We offer international shipping but cannot deliver to military areas due to security reasons.

We ship internationally using mail services. Once your order is processed, it is handed over to the shipping company. Upon arrival in your country, your local postal service will handle the delivery. Please contact your local postal service for updates once it reaches your country.
